About Jessie
Owner/Instructor
Jessie found her love of reformer Pilates through Physiotherapy for a shoulder injury nearly 10 years ago. Never having enjoyed the gym or fitness classes before, she suddenly found herself doing 3-4 classes a week and loving her new strength, mobility and flexibility.
After a career in hospitality and wine, before becoming a mum of two, she decided to train as a reformer Pilates instructor with the STOTT method, as well as training in pre & post natal reformer Pilates. She since completed various courses at FOMME Festival in Sydney, with Nathan Ross Rees and MVM Pilates in Auckland.
‘I love teaching reformer Pilates, helping people have a better understanding of their bodies, being more energised, motivated and feeling good.’

About Michaela Jones
Instructor
Michaela has always believed in the transformative power of movement to heal, energise, and strengthen both the body and mind. That’s why Pilates became such an integral part of her life, it's the perfect way to bring all of these elements together.
Pilates has been a daily practice for Michaela for years. She loves its versatility, the ability to make it as challenging as you want, and how effective it is while still being gentle on the body. It truly proves that less can be more.
After a career change last year, Michaela trained as an instructor to share her passion and knowledge with others. Her goal is to help clients build body awareness, feel strong, mobile, and confident—and most importantly, have fun along the way.
“The studio is my sanctuary, and I hope to create a space where you can also unwind, reconnect, and of course, feel the burn!”
